Maestro Tours will provide a professional escort on our tours departing from Buffalo, NY. Local step-on guides may be used for their expertise.
Out-of-State Travelers
Join us on any tour, even if you’re out-of-state! Numerous travelers have flown in to join us. We can also pick up travelers from Rochester, Syracuse, Fredonia, and Dunkirk depending on where we’re heading!
Reservations
Tours are filled on a First–Come-First-Served basis. A $100 Deposit per person is required on all tours. Balance is due 60 Days prior to departure on all trips.
Cancellations
Full refunds are granted up to 60 Days prior to Departure. Cancellations under 60 Days of departure will be refunded less the $100 deposit and any “non-recoverable” items (i.e., accommodations, theater tickets, etc.). If passengers miss the departure at an origin, no refunds will be granted. If the minimum number of travelers is not met, Maestro Tours may cancel the tour. In such a case, you may choose a full refund or book another tour.
Itinerary Changes
Maestro Tours reserves the right to modify accommodations, restaurants, or attractions. In the event of an itinerary modification, comparable facilities or activities will be scheduled.

Dates Changes
If the minimum number of travelers is not met, Maestro Tours, LLC may cancel the tour. In such case, you may choose a full refund or book another tour.
